By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that upon confirming the order subject to the contract, they will be obliged to pay the order price, including any additional fees such as shipping costs, taxes, and that they have been informed of this in advance.
- DEFINITIONS
The following terms written below will represent their written explanations in the application and interpretation of this agreement.

SERVICE: Any type of consumer transaction other than providing goods for a fee or benefit,
SELLER: The company offering goods to the consumer within the scope of commercial or professional activities or acting on behalf of or for the account of the entity offering goods,
BUYER: The real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from goods or services for non-commercial or professional purposes,
SITE: The website owned by the SELLER,
ORDER PLACER: The real or legal person who requests goods or services through the website of the SELLER,
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
CONTRACT: This contract entered into between the SELLER and the BUYER,
GOODS: Moveable property subject to purchase and intangible assets such as software, sound, image, and similar items prepared for use in electronic media.
- SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the website of the SELLER.
The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices announced for a specific period are valid until the end of the specified period.

7.1. The basic features of the Product/Product/Products/Service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity) are published on the SELLER's website. If the Seller has organized a campaign, you can review the basic features of the relevant product during the campaign period. It is valid until the campaign date.
7.2. The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices announced for a specific period are valid until the end of the specified period.
7.3. The total sales price including all taxes of the product or service subject to the contract is shown below.

Invoice Delivery: The invoice will be delivered to the invoice address along with the order during order delivery.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that he/she has read and informed himself/herself about the basic characteristics of the product, sales price, payment method, and delivery information on the website of the SELLER, and has given the necessary confirmation electronically before the conclusion of the distance sales contract. The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that he/she has obtained correct and complete information about the delivery address, the basic features of the products ordered, the price of the products including taxes, payment, and delivery information.
Each product subject to the contract will be delivered to the BUYER or the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the BUYER within the period specified on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, within the legal period of 30 days. If the product cannot be delivered to the BUYER within this period, the BUYER has the right to terminate the contract.
The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product subject to the contract in full, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order and, if any, with the warranty documents, usage manuals, necessary information, and documents, in compliance with the legal requirements, in accordance with the standards, with accuracy and integrity, within the scope of honesty and integrity principles, to maintain and improve service quality, to show the necessary care and diligence during the performance of the work, to act with caution and foresight.
Without exceeding the period of performance of the contractual obligation arising from the contract, the SELLER may supply a different product of equal quality and price by informing the BUYER explicitly and obtaining his/her clear consent.
If the SELLER fails to fulfill the obligations arising from the contract in case the performance of the product or service subject to the order becomes impossible, the SELLER undertakes to inform the consumer in writing within 3 days from the date of learning and to refund the total price to the BUYER within 14 days.
The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that if the price of the contract product is not paid for any reason or cancelled in the bank records, the obligation of the SELLER to deliver the contract product will end.
After the delivery of the product subject to the contract to the BUYER or the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the BUYER, if the credit card belonging to the BUYER is used unfairly by unauthorized persons, resulting in the non-payment of the contract product price to the SELLER by the relevant bank or financial institution, the BUYER agrees to return the contract product to the SELLER within 3 days at the expense of the SELLER.
